Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of payment being received for the products. Items being returned must be shipped back to Astro Photography Australia at your expense. Items must be received back in as new condition. Any refund will only be provided when the items are received back by Astro Photography Australia.

Shipping & Handling costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be provided as they were paid for: If you pay using Pay Pal refunds will be provided using Pay Pal. If you pay by Direct Credit you must provide an Australian bank account in which we can transfer your refund to.

Prior to shipping we ensure that every product is completely free of defect. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to ship items fully insured and express delivery (at extra cost), the choice is yours.
