Shipping Information

We take great care in packaging your purchased items, while minimising the cost to you. Costs are automatically added to your cart when you add items. Shipping is via Registered Mail within Australia and Air Mail internationally.

Australian deliveries arrive in 3-7 working days.
international deliveries arrive within 5-10 working days.
Peak periods such as Christmas can increase postage times, this is outside of our control.

How long will my print take to be delivered?

Upon receiving your order we will notify you as to how long delivery may take. As a general rule we will ship prints within 2 business days of receiving payment for the item and shipping, this excludes custom orders such as canvas prints. Add to that 2 days the shipping time between Perth Western Australia and your location. See above for shipping times.

What options do I have to purchase a print?

Purchasing of prints can be done by many methods:

	Online: Online purchsing by clicking the purchase links. Astro Photography Australia will then receive your order and notify you of the expected delivery time.
	Online: Contact us requesting a print. We are happy to provide account details for you to use an internet direct transfer to pay for your print online. Once payment has been received and confirmed you will be notified of the expected delivery time.
	Gravity Discovery Centre: Selected prints are now available in-store at the Gravity Discovery Centre in Western Australia. Visit this excellent establishment and while you are there take a look at the Astro Photography Australia prints available for purchase in the shop. More details: Visit the GDC website
	The Chart and Map Shop in Fremantle, Western Australia stocks a selection of our matted prints. Other prints can be ordered in.

What do I get for my money?

Lots! But exactly: This depends on what type of print you are purchasing. All prints are photographic prints made to last and individually signed by the photographer. All prints are colour matched to best represent the original exposure.

Unframed prints come with an dentificaiton label to be attached to the back, if you choose to frame the print. All prints come with care information.

7" x 5" framed 10" x 8" framed 12" x 8" framd	As per those provided mounted in matboard (see immediately above) but supplied in a stylish matching frame. Matboard also included.
Canvas	Canvs prints are available upon request. They vary in size. The quality of canvas prints is exceptionally high, with life spans of 200+ years. All canvas prints are individually signed by the photographer.
