 
This is a wide field view of the Milky Way during twilight. The warm glow from the sun can
be seen reaching up from the horizon.Taken from a dark sky location all of the horizon
glow shown in this image is from twilight and not "man-made" light pollution.
The portion of the Milky Way shown is the centre of our galaxy, Sagittarius.
The horizon line (a field of trees) in this image helps give a sense of
scale and place to the image, making the image attractive to the casual observer not just
astronomy enthusiusts.
As with all our prints, these are true photographic prints (even when at a massive 80cm
x 50cm poster size), signed by the photographer. The photograph is best framed behind
glass and can also be easily block mounted.
