There's a handful of astronomy images that look stunning as huge prints. This is one.The
spectacular fan tail of comet C/2006 P1 McNaught is visible in this image, taken from the
picturesque Ferguson Valley in Western Australia. The glow of twilight is still visible in
the image, colouring the sky nicely.
The comet C/2006 P1 McNaught was the brightest comet for more than 30 years, visible
during full day time with the naked eye and showing spectacular tail structure with
binoculars during twilight. This print really comes alive at 50cm and 80cm sizes.
As with all our prints, these are true long lasting photographic prints, signed by the
photographer. The photograph is best framed behind glass and can also be easily block
mounted.
